The Flow Consultations was born (pun intended!) from a simple idea that all families could use some additional education and support with their new babies. Whether they‘re choosing to breastfeed, bottle feed, pump, use formula or breastmilk — the milk is flowing. And sometimes, we just need to go with The Flow.

Heather Armenoff, BS, IBCLC, RLC
Welcome to The Flow Consultations! As a proud mother of six children, including a set of twins, and a “Noni” to a precious grandbaby, I have personally encountered a wide range of breastfeeding and lactation challenges throughout my journey.
With my personal experience and over 20 years of professional experience, I am a highly skilled and dedicated IBCLC lactation consultant specializing in infant feeding and lactation issues. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including hospitals, clinical facilities, clients’ homes, and virtual consultations. My passion for supporting new parents and their infants has driven me to continuously enhance my knowledge and skills in this field.
I am committed to providing personalized and evidence-based guidance to help parents overcome challenges and achieve successful experiences. I understand that every parent and baby is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. I am here to offer compassionate support, practical solutions, and empowering education. My goal is to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns and receive expert guidance.

Jennifer Bassett, IBCLC, RLC
Hi there! With over 14 years of experience in the lactation field, my career has been driven by my deep passion for supporting families in their breastfeeding journeys and helping them meet their individual goals. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of working in various roles, including as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, Trained Breastfeeding Educator, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and Breastfeeding Coordinator for a Health District. Each of these experiences has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and skills while providing much-needed guidance to families from all walks of life.
I enjoy helping new parents navigate at a time when support and education are vital for both the parents’ and the baby’s well-being. Whether it's helping with latch issues, offering advice on milk supply, or providing emotional encouragement, I’m dedicated to meeting families where they are and guiding them with evidence-based practices. As a parent myself, and a proud “Mimsy” to my wonderful grandson, I understand the joys and challenges of raising children. My mission is to be a resource, a guide, and a source of encouragement for every family I work with, helping them feel equipped to face the challenges and celebrate the successes of their breastfeeding journey.
