The Flow Consultations was born (pun intended!) from a belief that all families could use some additional education and support with their new babies. Whether they‘re choosing to breastfeed, bottle feed, pump, use breastmilk or formula - the milk is flowing. And sometimes, all it takes is learning how to go with The Flow!

Welcome to The Flow Consultations! As a proud mother of six children, including a set of twins, and a “Noni” to a precious grandbaby, I have personally encountered a wide range of breastfeeding and lactation challenges throughout my journey.
With my personal experience and over 20 years of professional experience, I am a highly skilled and compassionate IBCLC lactation consultant specializing in infant feeding and lactation issues. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including hospitals, clinical facilities, clients’ homes, and virtual consultations. My passion for supporting new parents and their infants has driven me to continuously enhance my knowledge and skills to provide personalized and evidence-based guidance to help mothers overcome challenges and achieve successful experiences.
I understand that every parent and baby is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. I am here to offer compassionate support, practical solutions, and empowering education. My goal is to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns and receive expert guidance.
Together, we will work towards establishing a positive and fulfilling breastfeeding journey for you and your baby. I look forward to assisting you on this amazing adventure, providing you with the knowledge and support you need to nurture your little one with confidence and joy.

My journey to becoming a lactation consultant (IBCLC) has been shaped by both professional and personal experiences. As a registered nurse with nearly a decade of experience working in women’s services, I’ve supported families across a wide range of hospital settings, including labor and delivery, newborn transition, postpartum/mother-baby, NICU, ICU, the emergency department and outpatient support groups.
I’ve also been on the other side of it, navigating my own feeding challenges with my babies. From the stress of wondering if they were getting enough, to working through latch issues and the emotional ups and downs that come with it, those experiences shaped how I care for families now.
I specialize in prenatal breastfeeding education, latching challenges, painful latch, slow weight gain, low milk supply, supporting NICU graduates, and exclusive pumping - including flange fitting. My goal is always to meet families where they are, providing evidence-based guidance while supporting their individual goals and experiences.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m a wife and mom of three wonderful children. I’m also a part-time photographer who loves documenting life’s most meaningful moments.
